1Distroka keeps only the data needed to run the service: account details, your operational data (customers, products, orders) and access/audit logs.

2Each company's data lives in a separate tenant and the data-access layer filters every query by your tenant id. No other user — including users of other companies — can access your data.

3Contact details submitted via the demo or contact forms are used solely to follow up on your request and are never sold or shared with third parties.

4The audit log (who, when, what) is kept for security and troubleshooting only and never stores your business content.
