2During the free demo the service is provided as-is, and demo tenant data may be deleted after the period ends.

3For paid tenants, you own your operational data. When a subscription ends, a full data export (Excel/CSV) is provided.

4Using the service for illegal activities or attempting to access other tenants results in account suspension.
